Order Processing

This guide explains how we process orders.

What happens when an order has been placed with us?

BOX-tracker & BOX-solo Orders

  • If the order is placed through our web site we will call you to confirm receipt of your order.
  • If your order is placed over the telephone we will take all your information, complete an agreement form and send this to you either via e-mail, fax or in the post.
  • When the signed agreement, initial payment and signed Direct Debit have been returned to us we will process your order.

BOX-tracker Orders

  • When all the paperwork has been completed an engineer will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for the installation. Installation will take approximately 1.5 hours per vehicle.
  • The engineer will commission the unit and make sure that everything is working correctly and leave you with a full report.
  • Once installation/commissioning has been completed we will provide you with a user name and login details for the Spoton software. Your account will then be live.

BOX-solo Orders

  • When all the paperwork has been completed we will despatch your tracker(s) to you.
  • We will also provide you with a user name and login details for the Spoton software. Your account will then be live.

Telephone support can be provided during the whole process and for as long as it’s needed thereafter.
